Cancellation Policy

Weather

We reserve the right to cancel any booking at anytime due to severe weather or heavy prolonged periods of rain forecast for safety reasons.

In the unfortunate event that your booking is cancelled due to weather deposits will not be refundable. However we will be happy to rebook the inflatable for an alternative day (subject to availability) with your deposit carried over to the new date of booking.

Refunds of deposit are not available if you should cancel but you are welcome to re book providing you notify us within 48 hours of booking date.

PAYMENT

A £30 deposit is required for all inflatables via bank transfer.

The remainder of the balance is due either 48 hours prior to booking via bank transfer or by cash payment upon arrival on the day.

Failure to settle balance on the day of booking prior to setting up will result in no hire on the day.
